Wonderful meal here. Quaint little place. I had the beef awaze tibs. Perfectly spiced to make the beef and berebere, tomato, onion, garlic and green peppers dance in my mouth. Just enough food for one person to enjoy by themselves. I’d get another entree if I were out with friends and try something else. Kind service and ample parking. I can’t wait to come back!!

The owner went out of her way to ensure we had everything we needed. My son was doing a project for school and he needed an Ethiopian dish. She fixed us a sample plate, free of charge, and customized the dishes to our needs. Best service hands-down. We were so appreciative of her help.

Ethiopian food has quickly become one of my favorites and Habesha is by far the best I’ve had. The injera is so thin with a lovely sourdough flavor. Everything we’ve tried has been so incredibly flavorful, the cabbage, lentils, potatoes and carrots. My boyfriend has tried both the ribs and the door way and said both are outstanding. The woman who helped us is so lovely and shared some of the history of the spices used in the cuisine. It’s absolutely worth the 45 minute drive for us!
